Take-Two Hints at a Future GTA 6 PC Release

Is a PC Version of GTA 6 on the Way?

Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick recently acknowledged the growing importance of PC gaming, hinting that GTA 6 could eventually make its way to the platform. While the game is currently confirmed for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, Zelnick pointed out that Rockstar has a history of launching on consoles first before bringing their games to PC later.

PC Gaming’s Growing Impact on Sales

Zelnick noted that PC versions of multiplatform games can now make up as much as 40% of total sales, highlighting the platform’s increasing significance. He expects this trend to continue, reinforcing the likelihood of GTA 6 arriving on PC at some point.

Console Release Comes First

Despite the rise of PC gaming, Take-Two’s immediate focus remains on GTA 6’s console launch. Zelnick believes that major titles like GTA 6 will help drive console sales, much like previous Rockstar releases have done.
